A little more info on the Cancer Tutorial

A very quick entry today just to update people on an important point about the upcoming tutorial.
I introduced the new offering here
and there has been a lot of interest, but a single question keeps coming up, over and over.
People are asking…”I’m willing to reserve a spot and I really want to do this and I’ll pay the $50 but it says that she’s only in the classroom Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day… and I work from 8 to 5 p.m. so, am I going to be able to be a part of it? or I don’t know I don’t want to pay the $50 and then not be able to see any tutorials because I’m at work during the day”
(actual email above).
Understandably, nobody wants to pay and not have access!
EVERYONE wants to know if they can’t access the Internet at the times specified, is there any point to taking the tutorial?
Well, as with the others I am doing – yes. Yes, there is.
I feel like I failed to make the process clear when I wrote up the entry and the link to Register here
So, I enlisted Friends of my Facebook Page to help me out. Someone with much more clarity than I, helped out (big thank you to Jo Sevil for this!)
Here is how the Tutorial operates.
“It will run for 8 weeks, from February 19 to April 16th, and is conducted entirely in a Facebook group which acts as a classroom.
Each Monday, I post that week’s material for you to read and you can post questions.
Twice a week I come online to read and answer the questions that have been posted. You can come back and read the answers any time – we do not need to be online together. You do not need to be online at the same time as me to post questions or read answers.”
Another Page Follower , Emma Jamieson, put it this way, which was also nice(and more clear than I was!):
“Each weeks content/tutorial will be available for you on a Monday where it can be accessed at your own leisure. Twice a week I will be available to discuss the topic in detail and answer any questions….“
Thank you ladies both so much!
Many have asked too, why not do a Live Chat? Well, if I did it that way, you really would have to be online at specific times. This way, all the discussions are there to read, anytime that suits you to come into the group.
Does that help? I look forward to hearing from you.
